Our Australian Cabernet Shiraz carries a heavy oak character with notes of blackberry, pepper, leather, and toast. A dry, full-bodied red blend with an alcohol level of 13.5% by volume. The VineCo Estate Cab/Shiraz blend includes medium toast oak chips that are popular for imparting a complex balance of vanillin and spice along with a subdued oak aroma. They also help build the body, mouthfeel and slight oak aromatics associated with this style of blend.
