Enigma™ is a new, hip hop bred and released by the Hop Products Australia program of the Barth-Haas Group. A cross between Tettnanger and a secret North American variety, this hop comes out as an enigma wrapped in a paradox shrouded in a conundrum! It has a juicy character of raspberries and red currants, with white wine notes of crisp Pinot Gris. Recommended for late boil, whirlpool, and dry hop additions.
