This base is made from solid Aluminum. It's designed to keep the Wicked Edge GO - WE60 series sharpeners steady and secure while in use. This aluminum base is finished with black powder-coating, making it easy to clean. It has four rubber feet on the bottom to provide stability, and protect the surface it rests on. The top of the base includes a recessed area to store small parts like the Vise Key and Alignment Guide as well as a dedicated storage slot for the Depth Key.
The sharpener can be mounted to the base via the included screws.

We are proud of our sharpening systems and we stand behind our products. That's why we offer a limited, lifetime warranty on all of our products. We will replace or fix any parts with the exception of the following conditions:
Normal wear-and-tear to stones, strops and mechanical, moving parts.
User inflicted damage.
Misused or aggressively used products.
Modifications of our products.
Any use of our products that falls outside the intent for which they were designed.
All warranty requests must be initiated by contacting us at support@wickededgeusa.com. We are unable to process requests for warranties over the phone. When opening a request, please provide us with your first and last name, the place you purchased your Wicked Edge product from as well as a detailed description and images of the issue you're experiencing.
